How I Started:
All my life I have admired beautifull bodies. When I was 14, I started doing some "dumbbell curls" with a chair. After a while, I saw how my biceps had grown a little. Then I decided to go to a gym. At that time I was very weak and skinny. After a month I gave up. It was too hard for me. I stayed 2 month and then I started again this time more motivated. First I didn't know a thing about nutriton. All the people in the gym gave me bad advices about dieting. I tried to get bigger, so I get too much fat. Then I studied a lot about training and nutrition, and in this way I became what I am. In this sport I think the nutrition is the most important. Also, in my early years I was using weights to much heavy, and this costed me too. I thing that you have to do high reps to realy stimulate muscle grow and not getting yourself hurt
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding is the passion of my life. It keeps me healthy and strong.
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't do something special to stay motivated. Bodybuilding is in my mind all the time. Before doing an activity, I first question myself: "How this thing will affect my body?", "When I will be able to eat if I do this thing?" or "When I will do my workout if I do this thing?". I don't know if this is creazyness, but i love it.
