hey...I'm gonna take you up on getting that advice if your offer is still there.
I messed up my wrist a while back and it healed but everytime I get on the bench, I am limited in what I can lift. The strength is there but I can't do much weight b/c of my wrist. Is it just as effective with DB benching?

hey kid! Wus going on with you? How was the semester. Mine was blessed - kicked out all A's while trying to put on some weight (15lbs added). now I am trying to maintain and build more. I think I have to be weighing 185 for the muscle to look on me like it does on you - wish it didn't take so much though. Alright bro, I pray you have a blessed week and a great Merry Christmas.

hey bro...things are great on this end with school (busy). As for the progress, I am behind...no real results. I would really like to look like you - massive and shredded, but oh well. My gym membership ended right before I moved so now I have to find a new gym and a new routine. Hopefully it'll be forward moving this time. How's school going for you? Hey Jay...have you always been pretty big basically even before 2006? You said you was fit in college also. I have a plateau that is sucking. I am gaining weight but the definition really doesn't show. Also, how often do you take the whey and cellmass? You look great dude

thanks Jace...yeah, that's my hope is to have some great results to show at the end. Doing it a little backwards with gaining during the summer, but this is the best time for me with school getting ready to kick back in...grad school is no joke. Keep being ripped man.
