Appreciated the body that Lord had given me, enough to be a good steward of it and shoot for my potential. I started in college during summer school. Needed something to do other than just hanging out and was always told that I had potential to be bigger if I worked at it, so I went in and started on my own.
Why I Love It:
Great place to get away and concentrate on one thing. Stress relief and the relaxed mood afterwards. Allows me to focus on the Lord and get mind mind set on Him and what he wants me to do in life.
How I Stay Motivated:
The times my future wife (God only knows) will see me and being in shape to spend decades with my future children. My wife will hopefully be pleased with my efforts to maintain the body that will one day belong to her and my kids will be blessed in having a dad who will have kept up with them and done all that he could to be healthy for a long life with them.
BB Accomplishments:
Gaining the size that I have gotten to so far.

Man, I was almost willing to try anything to gain weight here. My metabolism was at a serious high from soccer. About 150lbs solid here.
Still putting on size at 10% bf but planning to cut with soccer

Goal (Long):
I've had a hard time gaining weight. I used to have a trainer and it helped for a while, but I was killing the weights in the gym and my diet was not top-notch...so, I am going to concentrate on my diet more.
I have heard that 20% of reaching your bodybuilding goal is actually lifting; the other 80% is your diet. I guess I have some learning to get serious about.
Now that I am back in soccer I am actually putting on weight (doesn't make sense but I won't questions it). Still looking to get to 175 solid in definition and 8% bf.
im actually lookin forward to shool, im takin summer classes 20 hours every week, and workin 10, so im busier now than i am during school lol..your looking swole, you should put up some progress pictures at the end of the summer when ur done gaining some weight, think ud be impressed looking at the comparisons! keep workin hard man, good hearin from ya!
hey mate. how u going? good here. it's nearly the end of week 3 training here. just doing weights with twists added that give a really good burn. am getting some results. from week 4, i'm gonna start a proper workout schedual. any tips? what's yours like?
I eat pretty clean. I take two scoops (50 g) oif protein regularly. Especially on workout day. Very crucial right after workouts!
Tried to add 500+ calories per day to whatever you are eating now. Keep you protein high (at least your body weight in grams daily) thru food and suppliments.
One thing to remember...a lil size doesn't always translate to weight.
I am 160ish now and look bigger than when I was 165. Fat loss and more cut!
At our size we can afford NOT to be cut. I kee my bf around 7%. When you are this size we can only lean down so much. You have to start adding muscle size to see more definition.
Well I haven't graduated yet, but I have taken clinical psychology courses. But as far as I understand, they don't offer undergrad degrees in clinical psych. My plan for now is to get into med school. But I am seriously considering psychiatry. Yeah, I know what psychologists think about psychiatrists, ha ha :-D ...

i suppose i want to do a combination of toning, losing body fat and gaining muscle. my main focus is getting muscle. i'm thinking of different muscle groups each day. which have given u da best results, inc. 4 legs?
hey mate. it's great your coming by australia nxt year. best to come during our summer. it's gr8. it's day 3 of training here. am gonna work on my upper body. been about 4 months since i've done it. any tips or particular exercises that u find very useful for giving you you results?
