Quit smoking and started exercising with my wife on Beachbody's Power90 Program. Worked through several cycles of Power90... then switched to the P90X Program, also from Beachbody.
Why I Love It:
The Pump, The Sweat, The Feeling of Accomplishment after a good workout that stays with you all day long...
How I Stay Motivated:
The Mirror, Bodybuilding.com, TeamBeachbody.com, Setting a good example for my Kids!
BB Accomplishments:
I have gained 23 lbs of muscle, while losing 15 lbs of fat with P90X and the support system of Beachbody and Million Dollar Body. I am now privileged to be a Team Beachbody Health, Fitness and Business Coach and I am committed to helping people reach their Health and Fitness Goals with Beachbody Programs and the support system of TeamBeachbody.
