I started because I was a freakishly skinny, self conscious kid who didn't fit in. Not too much has changed since then, but oh well.
Why I Love It:
I love it like I love air. I want to push the bounds of my potential and see how big I can get. Plus its nice to get pissed off and become kind of an animal.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror. I look where a trophy case would be. I look inside and see if I'm really fulfilled or not, and the answer is NO.
I have lost a lot of muscle over the past year, not going to the gym, being lazy, not eating enough, and getting back into soccer and running. I am bound and determined to gain it all back and then some!!!
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 60 lb

i guess my chest is feeling better, its just one area now and things that used to hurt dont anymore. pressing and pulling in still hurt, but overall its better. wish it would get better faster though? got any treatments for me?

Hey there. Olympic is up North off of North Oak Trafficway. I used to work out at Gold's, but switched about a year ago. I trained with Fred for a bit about a year ago, but then switched to a different trainer. Keep up the good work!!!
