I just wanted to put on more weight and build muscle mass.

It is a huge self-esteem booster and it is also great to know that I am doing something to improve my health and my overall appearance
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about the end product and all of the hard work that I have done. I also stay motivated by people telling me that i am getting bigger.

i really need help...it seems as i know longer have time for the gym for about the last three months all ive been doing is going to class and lifting beer bottles througout the week and weekends...ive been thinking about trying to go to the gym before my classes in the morning and to see how...
