I just wanted to put on more weight and build muscle mass.
Why I Love It:
It is a huge self-esteem booster and it is also great to know that I am doing something to improve my health and my overall appearance
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about the end product and all of the hard work that I have done. I also stay motivated by people telling me that i am getting bigger.
