Main Goal: Compete
Goal (Short): Drop weight so I'm back to pre-figure competition size and confidence.
Goal (Long): Currently my goals are lose weight and body fat. I give myself weekly goals for cardio, lifting, and eating...and I've been very dedicated since mid-October and want to keep pushing forward!!
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 30 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 21%

Yes

A low cal/low sugar energy drink. I take em before I hit the gym, or while I'm lifting.

Make it a habit! Keep with it for at least 21 days and it becomes ritual.
