How I Started:
i was in the air force in japan and hung out with tons of people there and a lot of my friends would go to the gym and they would ask if i'd wanna go and i'd just say no thats dumb, but then one of my friends finally got me to go and i was in but my tour was almoost over and i was headin to little rock well somehow i got real competitive, and there was no way i was gonna let o dude be bigger than me when he got here in a couple years, so ijoined a gym and trained like crazy, for 2 years. sure i would take a little time off now and again but i was pretty there much 7 days a week well after 2 years i have put on about 25 lbs and have got at least another 20 to 30 to go. I got real tired of being the "little guy" and always underestimated, i hate when people say things like it just takes hard work, bullshit, i wanna meet the guy that works harder than me at this
Why I Love It:
i needed something to blow off steam and this is a good fit, and it makes gettin laid a whole lot easier
How I Stay Motivated:
i see people bigger than me then i start gettin competitive, i wanna bench 315 i can barely get 230 once now, seems like everbody can do at least 315. i just went to my fraternities founders and seen people i hadn't hung out with for almost 6 years and everyone there was like "DAMN!"

Goal (Long):
my long term are mostly stuff pasted from steve reeves calculator seems like a place to end up. i wanna get to 190 with a 5-6% body fat by november 2010 but i have no idea if this is realistic or not, that's bout a pound a month, but i've always had a hard time putting on weight. cardio is important too, being big dosen't do any good if you can't climb a flight of stairs so i also wanna be able to run 1.5 miles in 10:00 i can do it in 11:00 now

well, just moved the "washin' ma-shine" no small feat mind you, to fix a busted water line behind it, didn't have the parts to fix said water line, so i just looped the other hose back in to the drum so it would still fill, keep in mind that this "washin' ma-shine" is old...
hey bob....have to admit, I don't really update my bodyspace page..I used to, and should. I probably will with the stats from my last few weeks on Keto...but yeah, at first I was dropping weight like crazy. def some muscle loss in there, but had to start somewhere...real soon for me = no keto and a hatfield destruction of my muscles..
