Was tired of being a skinny nerd. So I started working out at home first but due to lack of possibilities to alter exercises and limited weights I finally decided to join a gym.
Why I Love It:
It's a great stress reliever that additionally makes you feel good and look good

Setting reachable goals, seeing results and visiting this site
I gained some nice mass so far so now it's time to burn some bodyfat while trying to maintain as much size as possible. AAAAND I finally decided to get rippling ABS! Oh yeah! Not just some decent shapes... I want thick abs ridges! Nuff said?
Just started running again after at least 7 or 8 months break. MAN!.. that 2 miles run wore me out! Actually I'm not allowed using the word "fit" in this context at all lol.
That has to change! Gonna do cardio 2 times per week again from now on.
