How I Started:
I started working out because I wanted to be like my brother. I started lifting light weight when I was about 14 years old. I turned my focus to training for wrestling for a while so I continued to do high reps low weight. After my senior year I was tired of being the little guy and wanted to get bigger. I graduated high school weighing 112 pounds. Pathetic I know. So I started eating a lot more and started lifting heavier weights. I am currently 155 pounds. My goal is to be a cut 180 pounds.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it is a great way to relieve stress. It's a great way to just get out all of your frustrations and think of nothing but how you're going to get that weight up.
How I Stay Motivated:
I was always called "Little Guy" throughout high school. Everytime I think I'm getting bigger I look at myself in the mirror and see how small I really am. Every time I think I'm putting up a lot of weight someone the same size as me is putting up a lot more. I hate being the little guy so the only way to get bigger is to train harder and eat more
