Getting stronger

So about a month ago i posted a video of me struggling to do 405 for 2 reps.  Yesterday I put up a video of me doing 405 for 5 reps.  My goal is to get 8 reps by the end of summer

Hey everyone.  Sorry I haven't wrote on here in a while.  I've been crazy busy this summer.  Anyway some new progress pictures are up so check those out when you get a chance.  As far as training goes I have been getting stronger.  I'm up to 165 pounds right now and I still feel pretty lean.  I've been focusing my workouts towards heavy combination movements in the beginning such as bench press, squats, dead lifts, etc.  At the end of the workouts ill focus more on isolation movements and try to really squeeze...
