Hey man, just research it like ****ing hell. I Was so positive that I was getting fat but i wasn't. For about a month, don't work lower back or quads. Workout heavily your hamstrings,glutes and abs.
very importantly you have to try and walk using only the strength from your glutes and hamstrings, at first it will feel really weird but after a few days you should get used to it.
