haha i can see why most gym owners stop working out its exhausting doing both, but i'm young and hungry. Once i'm done eating i'll just train everyone else. until then i'll do both

right now there 20.5" with a pump in that video they were around 19"

2 inches on your arms and 3-4 on your chest by june 1st is quite the task if you can do that in that short of a time you let me know how

my chest routine changes from week to week. but there are 2 things that are always the same. i pre exhaust with pec deck. then i hit incline barbell. after that it changes everytime

whats up man i just started my offseason this week so i'm not sure exactly what i'll be doing i have a pretty good idea though. definetly cardio 2-3 times a week.

There is no secret other than being consistent with your training diet and supplementing. you just got to keep chipping away little by little. Looks like you have a great base just keep your mind right and all goals are attainable.
