Good luck getting ready for next year! My little sister is doing her first one august 8th. shes 17 and her progress has been amazing. She hangs out with me and her boyfriend all the time and were both bodybuilders so we eat 6 healthy meals everyday, then she started and now shes going to do great! It helps a TON if you hangout with people that do this kinda stuff, it gives you good healthy habbits. haha GoodLuck!

Awesome progress! When I was 15 I just had this thought. I asked my self, i'm i putting more healthy stuff in my body or more unhealthy stuff, then i was like wow and didnt eat 1 little sweet for 2 years, not even on my birthdays. and then I started eating clean march 1st the day after my 18th birthday and then i did my first comp and then everything was just life changing! hope your having a great week!

Wow 8% is very very lean for women. The best way and time to burn fat is first thing in the morning, drink some coffee or take a fat burner. then get on a cardio machine that has a heart rate handle things on it. and keep your heatrate around 120 to 130 for 30 to 45 mins. That burns fat like crazy. If it gets to high you wont burn as much fat, it just works out your heart muscle. I know it seems like if you run you'll lose more fat, but you wont.

Oh yeah, just need to get dry and then I'm ready to go! I'm not even doing a low carb diet this time. I'm just keeping my muscle full and lean. But I'm still hungy for a huge pizza! lol.

Haha yeah It's hard to get started. but once your get use to it, you wont be able to handle eating junk food all the time. When you think about it, your body is kinda like a car, a car is made to get you around, but it's made to only run on gas, anything else you put in the tank is not going to make it run very well. We are all made to eat clean healty foods, not greasy junk foods. Lol i do like the tast of it, but anything I eat fried now, My body throws it back out sometimes, blah :/

Deep front squats. remember to always look up when you squat to make sure your back is straight. and leg press and leg extensions. and for hams leg curls stiff leg dead lifts, and incline dumbelle curls with your feet.
