Overall Goal: Trying to get people to eat right. I want everyone to know who is willing to improve they're life in anyway, and no matter how stupid or crazy it may sound. I just want You all to know that (eating clean = life changing!) Cause You are what you eat.
I been homeschooled my whole life, and when you are homeschooled you cant play any sports for any school. So i started to workout and play basketball at the community center across the street from my house every day, and i loved it and i still do. but now its mostly just working out and i love that more than anything. But I didn't start eating clean untill march 1st 2008.
Why I Love It:
I Love this lifestyle. It's A whole new world. There is no better supplement than 6 clean meals a day. You know how it feels when you wear a tight shirt? well thats how it feels when you get a good muscle pump, your skin is that shirt. I love all all of this so much that even if I did not compete, I would still eat my 6 clean meals a day. Why do I go so far in Training? like on leg days, I puke almost everytime, but I always go back and finish the job. This is the best lifestyle. Its such a tough life, but for some reason I just can't quit. I'm stuck with it for life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation is in you're mind,I use mine to keep me motivated ;]
BB Accomplishments:
last year my first teen class show I got 6th with not a clue of what i was doing. thats why I got in middle weight novice and got 8th. and then 2 more shows I got 5th in the teen. and 2 of the mens jr lightweight I got 3rd. and 1 of the local class I got 5th. Next show this year in 09 comes first place :]

Sometimes you may feel like you cant make it to the gym. But Cant never ever couldĀ do anything could he?! you may not feel like you cant make it to the gym, even though you can! Just get up get ready walk out that door and go. if you say i cant, you need to be like what the heckĀ are...

i go to the gym at night but in the morning i have a swimming class for an hour then a have a step aerobics class for two hours after that i have a weight traing class and a volleyball class in about 1 year my body fat % went from 40% to 32.5% to it seems that is droping really slowly.
Wow 8% is very very lean for women. The best way and time to burn fat is first thing in the morning, drink some coffee or take a fat burner. then get on a cardio machine that has a heart rate handle things on it. and keep your heatrate around 120 to 130 for 30 to 45 mins. That burns fat like crazy. If it gets to high you wont burn as much fat, it just works out your heart muscle. I know it seems like if you run you'll lose more fat, but you wont.
theres nothing like a good fun road trip!!! yeah, i defintiely cannot wait! i'm so excited and still have 8 weeks to go! ahhh its gona drive me nuts hahah. you all ready for yours?
