Training's been going pretty good ive been getting stronger with every lift and my weight has been going up. I dont think im gonna compete but its always in that back of my mind.

yes i do i dont do a set until i catch my breath lol especially dead lifts and bent over row

im actually the same way my back days always kill me while my legs never seem to realy get me all that tired too often

then try it out it cant hurt it will really help you finish off you workouts at the same intensity that you had when you started

Its been goin pretty good thanks im starting to cut down on my carbs so im a little drowsy here and there but other then that im pretty happy with my progress. Hows it goin by u
