How I Started:
My Dad decided that it was a right time for me to lift and i was jsut starting to play Football and ive been playing baseball for a while so i wanted to get stronger and better in each of these sports.
Why I Love It:
I love being able to completely control the way my body acts and looks as well as my ability to get vastly stronger as i progress.

Goal (Long):
In the long run i would like to add around 40 quality pounds and loose some fat when i get there. I dont know if i will ever compete but i do know that i love and live for the sport of bodybuilding and it has truly changed my life for the better.
Since I've started to cut now I'm implementing the use of A.M. cardio on an empty stomach Mondays, Wednesdays, and possibly on Fridays as well. Then I eat (clean) and rest or go to class.
