I try to do cardio 4 days a week, min 3 days. I mostly run on the treadmill (HIIT training). I try to change it up a bit and stair climb 2 days. I'm thinking about starting to do spinning again cuz its an awesome cardio workout. I try to be careful b/c I don't want to burn muscle.

Thanks! Hope your training is going well for you. I know what you mean about getting your BF down. I have the same struggle. Its like you see changes but there is still a bit of fat on top of the muscle. Ugh!

For sure. It's all about calories in, energy out.. If you keep -200 to -500 below maintenance while keeping your macro nutrients in check you Will succeed in your cutting goals!
