well increasing protein has caused problems lol! If you couldnt increase protein, would you increase mainly carbs, fats, or a little bit of both to try and put on more muscle?

Sorry to bug you but do you think you could guesstimate how much fat and carbs you were getting. Trust me, take his as a compliment. You did an awesome job and I just wanted to know what you believe works. Do you think 70-75 grams of fat would be too much (coming from fish oil, nuts, etc)?

How much protein do you eat when trying to gain? I have been getting in 185 grams (1.5xbw), 244 carbs (2xbw), and 70 grams fat (~0.6 g/b) and still not gaining weight. I was wondering if I should bump everything up a bit, or keep protein whhere it is at and just up carbs/fats.

ooohhhh, so since you dont count in th offseason do you just try and eat as much as you can (not conatantly stuffing yourself of course, but eating a good amount)

hey dawn. In your experience what has been more anabolic. Carbs or fat? I cant go above 1.5 grams protein, and fat has been at 70 grams, and carbs at 250. WHat do you think I shoud do with carbs and fat? Thanks so much :)

Read up on timberwolfs journal. The guy eats ike 50 percent of his cals from fat. I think past a cetain point it doesnt make too big of a difference whether you get in the excess cals from more carbs or fat (except you hold more water with carbs). Its not like I am downing huge amiunts of fat. Just trying to keep a 40/30/30 carbs/protein/fat ratio.

Other supplements are up your mass, muscle milk, green magnitude, vasoxlpode, probolic SR. I think my carb amounts are good and I just need to add a little to carbs and fat in increments until I start gaining.

Went out and got some at vvitamin shoppe. GOnna start doing 1 tsp whole seed in my morning, afternoon, and evening shake! Think thats good (how much do you use daily)

cool, that is kinda what I did recently. Was getting in 185 protein, 70 fat, and 250 carbs and not gaining so bumped upt to 80 fat and 275 carbs (50/50). Looks good? Also, do you just keep protein at a set limit. I probably shouldnt go over 1.5 right? Looking good btw man!
