Dont go over 1.5g/lb for protein. There is no need. Up the carbs/healthy fats if anything. Drinks lots of water. I mean a lot!

I gain a 10 lbs in a month on the E-Stane and M-Drol together the first time I took it, but my the mistake I made is I didn't take the novadexs after I go off the cycle and I lost some of my gain I build up. Right now I on the M-Drol only I about to get off it this week and I get on the novadexs help me keep my gain.

When gaining, for me personally, I do a 45% (Carbs) 35% (Protein), and 15% (Fat) breakdown for putting on size. See what works for you. If your a hardgainer limit your cardio and rest will be also be key.

looks like some 1 has high metabolism :)) well u can..its better to be in the safe side..that is..u can increase the carb..protein ..and make sure..post workout shakes contain dextrose.. keep ur weight training short but intense..lift heavy..my bodytype is kinda bit diff..so i limit my..overall food intake..i try to keep it minimum..u should try the other way round..maximize it :)...eat clean lift heavy cheers bro

Hey bro! No secrets, just the mix between genetic and soccer (45%) food (15%) and high weight&high reps (5 series by 15 reps, no more, no less). U looks very ripped, keep the good diet and heavy weight. Be in touch for progress

ur protein is enough.but the kind of carbohydrate u use is important.u have to have about 35cal per each kgw taken at least in 5 meals per day to gain both muscle and weight.ur after workout meal must be a full protein+carb(fat free) meal.try it and u'll see the result!

You can bump it all up.. it takes time your body is still growing. eat 6x's a day every 2 hours. do you do a lot of sports? a lot of carido? because that may be a reason why your not seeing gains. you need to keep the proteine intake high, and carbs up fats to a medium. not to high... and start pushing heavier weight but make sure you can still use good form.. you need to tear your muscle fibers down so they can rebuild again.

Check you PM. Sorry for late responses...I was offline all weekend. I usually soak them and I use 2 small spoons a.m. and p.m. I don't think it matters if you eat them raw or soaked. You def. use a lot less when you soak them in water as they expand so much. They look nasty but I don't care as long as they do the job!

right keep protein around 1.5 at max. Bump up carbs and fats. Keep an eye out on wheter the scale is moving. If it still doesn't move, bump up carbs by 75 more grams and fats to 100 total fats. After 2 weeks only bump up carbs by 75 grams and check for scale movement
