sorry..didn't see your message. my point is that when you are locked up, time goes slowly. so i worked out all day long, every day. no nonsense about splits, before meal/after meal. the body can handle tons. btw i was in for tax evasion and drunk driving. not a secret. i no longer have secrets. gives me peace. hahah.

haha. can't do the squat. i put in 300 for reps, and the calculator figured the 1 max rep. but i could do the drive!
