How I Started:
Wrestled my entire life, after college got into MMA stoped fighting due to injury. Now i'm just lifting, getting my cert's as personal trainer and cardio kickboxing. trying to find a part time job instructing kickboxing and self defense.
Why I Love It:
I'm a competative person, I competed in wrestling, BJJ, and Muay Thai Kickboxing. Although fighting for me is over, i'm training or tri-atholons, MTB racing and other things. So you gotta stay in great shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
Ever hear of RAGE?? well be deployed once you know what it will feel like. Having others on the compound telling me and my partner were crazy because they can hear us yelling at each other. Can't get any better than that!

Goal (Long):
I started this journey acouple months ago. I was about 150lbs (my fighting weight)in 3 months time I managed to put on about 25lbs of mostly lean muscle mass. My lifts have increased also. I plan to continue on increasing the lifts while keeping lean. Around December my partner and I are going to start cutting for a contest.

I want to GAIN 15 lb

hey man how is it going? how is the lifting going since you have been back from iraq? since i have moved to leavenworth kansas i have had a little trouble getting back into a routine
whats up small fry? i bet you havent even hit the gym yet, hahaha. knew you couldnt keep up the lifting on your own. guess thats what seperates the men from the BABIES, hahaha!!!!!
