How I Started:
My friend came over and we began to start lifting weights.
Why I Love It:
I know that this is doing me good, and I like the feeling of my arms being light
How I Stay Motivated:
I listen to music and think that this will allow me to have more stamina on my wakeboard. I love to board even though i am just starting
BB Accomplishments:
I haven't had any yet. I don't want to compete I want to be stronger and thats why i lift weights

Goal (Short):
I want to lose some weight from my gut. It is a bit big for my liking.
Goal (Long):
I want my arms to be bigger and my gut to disappear. This would be awesome as I would be able to wakeboard without a shirt. I love that feeling, because one time i forgot my shirt and I wasn't going to say no to a board.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 5 kg

Do you currently have a workout partner?
What calf workout has worked best for you?
Calf extensions are good, but i do them 10-10 for one set. 10 reps, 2 second rest, 10 more reps, they start to burn like hell
Where do you get your workout programs?
My friedns and i make them up, we base them on template things from bodybuilding.com, but yer I won't make one by myself. I'm still beginning
