How I Started:	I have been working out for a couple of years off and on. Turning 40, health, and my kids teasing me about my gut...I needed to get in shape.
Why I Love It:	I feel better and stronger. Lets face it.I'm not getting any younger!!!
How I Stay Motivated:	I have 3 boys at home (18,17,15) and a 22 year old daughter, beautiful wife and my mama who love going to the gym.
BB Accomplishments:	Losing almost 30 pounds and just getting in shape.
