Overall Goal: Well since I just graduated from ISU and now living in Minneapolis working for Boston Scientific I would like to stay lean over the summer and put on size during the winter.

How I Started:
well when i was in hs i was very small. The only sport i played was basektball, i did great until everyone else started to grow and here i was small and skinny, so then i quit the team and started liftin and then from there on out here i am addicted!!
Why I Love It:
Everday when i wake up i look forward to my workout at the gym. Being in college isn't easy but working out really helps calm me down when i am stressed. It is about the only thing in this world that makes me "tick"
How I Stay Motivated:
Everday when i go to the gym i am always wanting to challenge myself. I stay motivated through watching my body change day in and day out. I stay motivated by seeing people out there that are bigger and that are my cut and it challenges me to strive to get that and be the best that i can be.
BB Accomplishments:
I would really love to compete at the 200 lb plus level in about 4 years. If i keep working hard in the winter and consistently put on 8 lbs of muscle a year i will definitely be at 200 pounds in 5 years.
oh yea and i competed this last june 30th in kc and got third place weighing about 172

Well since I just graduated from ISU and now living in Minneapolis working for Boston Scientific I would like to stay lean over the summer and put on size during the winter.
Goal (Long):
i am hoping that by the time i am 25 years old i can weight 210 and be at 5 or 6 percent body fat. Right now i am at 178 with 6 %. So if i gain about 7 to 8 pounds a year i will be right on track.
What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
really high protein.
a good amount of carbs b4 5pm
not to many carbs after that.
2 shakes a day
16 egg white a day
2 chicken breasts a

I love Kentucky! :) Its got some crazy weather sometimes, we just had a tornado rip through part of the county about a month ago but hey it keeps things interesting!
