Right now I'm starting my strength training, which is the same rep count, 1 minute breaks, sometimes an additional 30 seconds just to make sure i hit my rep count. That and incorporate some negatives. I'm looking forward to getting so much stronger this winter and start cutting down hopefully in february

When you lift do sets of 10/8/6/4, with 1 minute or less intervals. But make sure you get at least one full day of rest where you do carb up and just sit back and relax. And do an ab workout everyday. And never skip a day of legs that will be where you burn most of your calories actually. Hope this helps dude!

I believe my lowest BFP was like 6%? This was in the summer when I did 6 weeks of an Aerobics and Body Conditioning class. But I went from 174-163 so yes I have some tips. First off, you are going to be dying! haha I'm saying reduce your sodium intake DRASTICALLY, that means anything with salts stay away from. No carbs, no fat, straight up lean meat like grilled chicken. Nothing processed. That and do 45 minutes of cardio everyday.

Good mentality I like it! Good to keep progressing and not slow! Apparently not lifting a lot is making me bigger haha at least thats what all my buddies are saying lol lucky ass me right?! But when I lift I do work brotha, its winter, I can eat a lot of healthy foods, I'm ready to stack up the weights and get strong.

Things are going great. I'm seeing a huge improvement in my back and biceps, chest is still lacking strength but still getting bigger so thats good, and so are my legs. So overall its going well, school is holding me back some but I knew it wouldn't it doesn't phase me to lift when I can. How are things going for you?

I actually work for abercrombie haha and actually my buddy is pretty much forcing myself to do an ab workout everyday like i used to just because he wants abs so I have to show him the way...looks like a win win to me

Thanks a lot bro. I actually haven't been able to hit the gym as much as I have wanted to because I have to study a lot but I'm making the most of it thats for sure. How about you bro, how's the workouts coming without a spotter?

They definitely are. They are stronger and more cut than a few months ago when I was bulked up. I'm definitely satisfied..oh wait hell no I'm not there is always better

I was considering gaining weight to get stronger, but I think I'm going to just stay cut and let aging help me get to those goals. Good thing I'm only 19 right? haha lucky me. Do work bruh

Just keep that diet up to par and the weight will go down and the number of pull ups will increase for sure. Instead of working out I am being strict on my diet and I'm still looking cut which is good

Aha well I don't think I am getting leaner I'm just getting a more massive v-cut b/c my lats are getting so big from pullups! And I got tests all next week so my gym time will be reduced unfortunately :( but hey school comes first and I won't lose like anything so I'm not too worried about it

School is going great! Parties are a lot of fun, I'm trying to stay on top of everything and for the most part I'm doing a great job. Everyone around here is giving me the nickname muscles haha thats whats up. I'm getting huge and I'm maintaining my weight. I know I need to gain weight to increase my strength but for the most part I am very satisfied

Uhmmm i think..both haha. I wanna stay cut but get bigger so it will be a slower process but thats fine with me. I'm in no hurry to get bigger. My new partner knows how to build arms and chest extremely well so I will be able to push my numbers regardless of how much I weigh

Haha I'm way to uptight to not doing anything about it. I have been doing sit ups and been watching how much I eat for the past two days. I'm going to be so cut! Gotta make a good first impression thats for sure!
