I want to obtain my idea of a perfect body that I can maintain the rest of my life
Goal (Long):
I naturally weigh 155 pounds, and I'm trying to gain only muscle weight while still being ripped. It is taking a long time to gain muscle. I'm currently lifting twice a day and have been getting results, but slowly, but its the way I want to gain weight.
lol (you know what I mean by this). Dude I got rid of so much fat. I was 20%. I'm 14 now :p. I wanna get below 10 as you are FAST (here it's starting summer in Brazil). Any fast tips? ha ha ha
Actually, it makes sense that you are growing even though you are lifting less often. Remember the muscles grow while resting. So as long as you keep lifting hard like you do and then getting more rest you're buddies will keep noticing that you're outgrowing them. Good plan for the winter, btw, keep working on strength and everything else will follow!
Getting bigger is always good, at least I think so! Good to hear that you're making some "huge" progress. I've had kind of a rough past couple months but I'm hanging in there and actually added a little size to my arms, too as well as lost some around the waist. Slow and steady seems to be getting the job done!
It's difficult to do them alone sometimes. For chest... for squats. The rest is good. I've learned my ways alone anyway. You look an abercrombie model on your new pics. Are you really investing on your model stuff? The time is now, man!
I noticed the new profile pic and thought I should stop by to comment - dude, nice work on those abs! Saw the progress pics, too. Is it just me or are the peaks on your bis more pronounced than they were just a couple months ago? In any event, good work as always. Keep at it!
lol..yeah I think you can afford to wait and take the slow steady approach at your age to reach your goals ..hahaha..just keep up whatever you're doing! ;)
I agree that there's nothing to worry about if you miss a few workouts - get that schooling done! Good job on the pull-ups. For whatever reason, and one I haven't figured out, I've never been able to do pull-ups. Lat pull downs, rows, etc. but never pull-ups. I'll have to give them another try though. Who knows, maybe this time I'll be able to get in more than two or three (after a couple months of course).
So you're going right past "big" to "huge" huh? Cool - I'm glad things are off to a great start for you this semester. Keep working and the strength will come in due time. Meanwhile, enjoy your new nickname and think about how lean you must be getting if your growing but not gaining weight.
