How I Started:
I started working out while playing high school football, but have slacked off ever since. In the last year alone I gained almost 25 lbs, reaching the heaviest weight of my entire life. Now that I am getting married in November, I am looking to get back in shape for good. To reach my goals, I am following the 12 week Body-for-Life plan.
Why I Love It:
Besides the aesthetic benefits, it gives me energy, helps me focus throughout the day, and it keeps me healthy.
