What is your cardio exercise plan?
I have started doing sprints & jump rope!
Do you monitor your heart rate while doing cardio?
Do you use a heart rate monitor? Which one?
What heart rate do you aim for while doing cardio? Why?
While sprinting my heart rate is 175 or so then I come down to 130 & sprint agian!
How many days per week do you do cardio?

as long as you have something to keep you motivated you will beast anything! my main problem when i used to work out was i would kill myself mentally. but i stopped thinking so negative and now i have really to start making some serious progress. But you seem to be doing just fine!
