"Carb Back-loading" Approach
I'll be eating 2750 calories a day to gain about 1lb/week. On my workout days, my macros will look like 35f/30c/25p. This leaves me with 140 grams of fat, 200g carbs, and 170g protein. We'll see how this goes. Will adjust if necessary. Will be eating keto style up until my evening workout, where afterwards, I will enjoy my carbs and the rest of whatever macros I need. On my off days(two of them), I'll be eating simple keto style ratios. (65f/30p/5c) Hoping for some nice, lean gains by summer!

Creatine and R-ALA
I just hit some creatine mono before/after workout. With the R-ALA I try to cosnume 100mg for every 30-50 carbs I eat. I.E. 200g carbs= 400mg R-ALA
