i started working out with sand weights! wow that was long time ago. but i wanted to do something for me and wanted to get stronger
Why I Love It:
It makes me complete. It's a place where i can go and be isolated from the world. i put my head phones on and bam! i'm another person! Its great!!!!!!!

By the desire to succeed at my goals!!! its a big self-esteem boost when you go in to max out and it turns out you did more than you though you could.

Brandon! Thanks. Yeah the weight drop was actually pretty decent. However I drank like a FISH on my cruise and gained 7 lbs. Gotta get back on the wagon! Look at your guns bro!
