How I Started:
Well my son started racing bmx and it looked like fun so i tried it and found i really needed to get in shape to really compete so i decided to try to hit the gym and eat better!!
Why I Love It:
I love working out cuz it pushes me mentally and phisicly and i love a challenge...theres no better high than just after you finished a good workout!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at people who are in shape and thinking that if they can do it so can I!!!

i have been doing very well. i am done focusing on cardio, so that is a relief! now i can focus on lifting! hope you and the family have a great weekend!

Thanks again for your kind words. For core combo I do upper abs, lower abs, oblique abs (one set each) and 2 sets of lower back (hyper-extension) and 2 sets of rotator cuff exercises. I do this 4 times a week to develop my core as I think it is very important for injury prevention especially to lower back and abdominals.
