How I Started:
Well my son started racing bmx and it looked like fun so i tried it and found i really needed to get in shape to really compete so i decided to try to hit the gym and eat better!!
Why I Love It:
I love working out cuz it pushes me mentally and phisicly and i love a challenge...theres no better high than just after you finished a good workout!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at people who are in shape and thinking that if they can do it so can I!!!

G'day mate, Thanks again for your kind words. For core combo I do upper abs, lower abs, oblique abs (one set each) and 2 sets of lower back (hyper-extension) and 2 sets of rotator cuff exercises. I do this 4 times a week to develop my core as I think it is very important for injury prevention especially to lower back and abdominals. Cheers, Adam
