I wanted to look like Sly Stallone in the ROCKY Movies! Oh yeah, also I wanted to get Bigger and Stronger for High School Football.

How I Stay Motivated:
All was well and good back in the very beginning of Dec 2003.
Then on Dec. 5th, 2003 I fell awkwardly down the stairs. I COMPLETELY ripped my entire quad muscle off of my knee…OUCH!!!
It’s funny all of my major injuries didn’t come while I was working out they came from a fall or accident.
That’s not the worst part. After the surgery I was 8 weeks into the rehab…then…I fell again on the ice!!! I had to have the same damn surgery AGAIN.
Fast forward to today - March 8th 2007. I’m gonna start training again…well actually I started on Monday the 5th.
Me and a few of the fella’s at work have a little contest goin’ amongst ourselves.
My first short term goal is to shed 16 lbs. in 8 weeks.
Very doable I think! Don’t ya' agree?
I’m gonna be using my Bare Minimum Training Program and posting videos of my workouts once per week.
I can’t wait to post the first video next week!!!(already posted!)

Things are going okay. I'm recovering from a raging infection. Was feeling sluggish, bummed out, etc. But, the doc put me on some atibiotics, and I'm on the mend. How bad is the break?
