My Workout Program

I usually weight train on mondays for about a total of 15 minutes.

I use my Bare Minimum Training Program:

Squats - 1 or 2 warmups then 1 main set to failure

Reverse Grip Pulldowns - 1 or 2 warmups then 1 main set to failure

Incline Bench Press - 1 or 2 warmups then 1 main set to failure

That's it short and sweet! The Bare Minimum!

My Motivation Program

All was well and good back in the very beginning of Dec 2003.
Then on Dec. 5th, 2003 I fell awkwardly down the stairs. I COMPLETELY ripped my entire quad muscle off of my knee…OUCH!!!
It’s funny all of my major injuries didn’t come while I was working out they came from a fall or accident.

That’s not the worst part. After the surgery I was 8 weeks into the rehab…then…I fell again on the ice!!! I had to have the same damn surgery AGAIN.
Fast forward to today - March 8th 2007. I’m gonna start training again…well actually I started on Monday the 5th.


Me and a few of the fella’s at work have a little contest goin’ amongst ourselves.
My first short term goal is to shed 16 lbs. in 8 weeks.
Very doable I think! Don’t ya' agree?


I’m gonna be using my Bare Minimum Training Program and posting videos of my workouts once per week.


I can’t wait to post the first video next week!!!(already posted!)

Fractured my Right Tibia!

Damn!!!! I can’t believe it!!! I Fractured my right tibia!!! On February 10th, 2008 I was with my friends from town playing a Flag Football Game Tournament at Giants Stadium (Yes, the Home of The 2007 Superbowl Champion NY Football Giants!) It was for a good cause. It was a charity tournament for the Special Olympics of New Jersey. It was called the NY Giants Snowbowl. Good news is we made it all the way to the championship game!!!
