I use my Bare Minimum Training Program:
Squats - 1 or 2 warmups then 1 main set to failure
Reverse Grip Pulldowns - 1 or 2 warmups then 1 main set to failure
Incline Bench Press - 1 or 2 warmups then 1 main set to failure
That's it short and sweet! The Bare Minimum!

Then on Dec. 5th, 2003 I fell awkwardly down the stairs. I COMPLETELY ripped my entire quad muscle off of my knee…OUCH!!!
It’s funny all of my major injuries didn’t come while I was working out they came from a fall or accident.
That’s not the worst part. After the surgery I was 8 weeks into the rehab…then…I fell again on the ice!!! I had to have the same damn surgery AGAIN.
Fast forward to today - March 8th 2007. I’m gonna start training again…well actually I started on Monday the 5th.
Me and a few of the fella’s at work have a little contest goin’ amongst ourselves.
My first short term goal is to shed 16 lbs. in 8 weeks.
Very doable I think! Don’t ya' agree?
I’m gonna be using my Bare Minimum Training Program and posting videos of my workouts once per week.
I can’t wait to post the first video next week!!!(already posted!)
