How I Started:
I use to play a lot of sports before college and during the college years I began to eat just anything. I decided it was time to get back in shape, and cut out the fast foods and soda's.
Why I Love It:
I feel great after a good work out!
How I Stay Motivated:
I listen to music in the gym and thats what keeps me going!

I have worked out off and on through out my life and recently I have decided its time to really change. I want to gain 20 pounds to put me at 190 lbs with that I would like to just increase my muscle mass.

So, I have gone from 167 up to 190 lbs. I move around a little with my weight, but for the most part I am between 188-192 now. I was a stick before I started gaining weight. I am 6'2, so 167 was skinny. I did work out a great deal then I was very lean but was unhappy with that so I packed...
