How I Started:
On and off working out for 3 years in college. Now that I am out of college, eating and drinking healthy, I can make significant progress at the gym. I have decided that weight lifting with a combination of cardio will yield the exact results I want which is muscles and strength.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel healthy, stronger, and look good.
How I Stay Motivated:

I have my program on my profile, but right now I'm practicing netball 4 hours a week as well, so it got kind of extreme this last week or so. Not competing, though I would consider a shoot someday or rep for a sup company... Shame girl, what was wrong? Hope you feel better tomorrow so that you can kick some ass in the gym!
I hate being sick, there is nothing more frustrating to me so you have my sympathy. My training schedule is so hectic right now, I'm afraid my immune system will take a knock. Remember your vitamins girlfiend! :P

since i was 15 i played college football then tore my hamstring about 2 years ago and i just got back in to it 3 months ago so i have a lot to get back

hey there . I use a strict 2000 calorie MAX per day diet . I take a fat burner and cut out all the snack , sodas late night munchies .... I run 10 miles a week and lift 5 days on 2 off .... eat smart cut out the junk and do cardio almost every day and your burn a ton of weight/fat .
