Gain Muscle
Goal (Overall):
I want to gain about 20 pounds of muscle by the end of this year
Goal (Long):
I want to gain as much muscle as possible by natural methods. I want to compete in a natural contest by 2012. As a kid and even as a young adult I was always overweight. I finally got down to 160 pounds with 10 percent body fat. Then I met two big guys(bob musca and gentry hill) while I was in the navy who inspired me to try and become as big as humanly possible the natural way. I would like to be 230 pounds with 10 percent bodyfat. Right now I am 230 with approximately 17percent body fat.

I want to GAIN 20 lb
