How I Started:
I was gettin way over weight. Starting to get stretch marks on my biceps and waist so I decided to hit the gym. I got some mags so I could get some ideas on what to do diet wise and saw the Hydroxycut Hardcore Challenge. I am going to win first place.
Why I Love It:
Just feeling good about how I look and the changes I have had physically and mentally make me want to keep going harder and harder.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirrior every morning and feeling strong!:)My son who I want to stay young with. My wife who nags at me for going to the gym but loves when I come home;)

xnewsome has been dedicated and working extremely hard since I have had the pleasure of conversing with him!!! He is one of the few ppl who actually tries to help ppl on the bodygroup we are both apart of! His progress is amazing and he keeps going and going! I know he will reach is goals and is wellon his way to being ripped!
My brother got into a head on collision with a semi on wed night. He was air lifted to ER and has had 2 surgerys. A 4 inch piece of his femar came out of his left leg, and his right arm was completly broke threw both bones. His left knee was shatered as well. He has internal bleeding bad right...
Cardio I performed during my cutting phase. I would do this first thing in the morning before I would eat every morning. Also after everyworkout session!!
Start with a 5min warmup at 60% max heart rate.
20 sec of allout effort (85-90%max heart rate) followed by 10 sec of 60% to recover....

Doing well. Thanks for the add. This is the second week of adding running to my workouts. I've had knee problems for years but since I've been lifting weights, they've been feeling better. I'm hoping running 6-9 miles a week will help to kick start my fat loss. How's everything on your end?

thanks, my cousin told me when I was 18 and he was 25 that things keep getting better and better, even though you feel at your best when you're young. It's probably true!
Hey buddy, I drive 45 minutes to Gold's, my membership runs out in a week. Guys are saying just do the home gym thing, but I enjoy the atmosphere and weight, man. It does take a lot of time. stay ripped and pack on the lean muscle, Peace, Rich

Thats really good to hear your brother is doing better!! I haven't reached my goals just yet and Im headed to Cambodia for a month tmrw afternoon... I will continue to work on it after i get back.. need to go on a really strict diet cuz weights and cardio is just not enough.
