man its alrite there best products for me are nanovapor and gakic but thats just the ones i like. i have never really tried bsn, but from what i can gather no-xplode if suppose to be like nano-vapor

I mix the CellMass with Protien shake every morning and afternoon (on an empty stomach). Grape or berry goes good with vanilla ... even chocolate sometimes!

Anator p70 is a muscle gene activator and Aplodan is a dormant muscle fiber activator. I've used both for maybe two months or so and they seem to be working for me. My body seems to take to any supplement i take very easy. I hope I've answered you questions and thank you for checking out my profile.

Hey B.mervs: Got your note on my page. Glad you could drop by -- much appreciated. Of course, I love MuscleTech products -- I wouldn't work there if I didn't. As for which is better, I'm sure you know what I'll say -- MuscleTech is way better than BSN. But of course, I'm heavily biased! You should choose what's best for you. Do your research, and I'm sure you'll do fine.

um..its ok..i just started to take it again. i have before and i always felt good when it came time to hit the weights. the only thing was if i wasnt lifting weights then i was easily irritated.

At 16 why not have your body produce it naturally? If you still want it, cellmass is great as long as you drink a lot of water throughout the day and get off after using 2 containers. Take one serving first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and wait 20 minutes before eating. Take another serving right after your workout and wait 15-20 minutes again before eating. On non-workout days, take it right before sleep. Good luck.
