Fit Status:
Tri's and calves....23 1/2 weeks to go!!!!
I have always trained in one way or another, but when I went to my first BB show in april....i was hooked and wanted to compete.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the changes in my body, i love show i have what it takes to train right, eat right, and get my butt to the stage ripped and lean.
How I Stay Motivated:
Easy....I visit the DO WORK CREW group a few times a day here on BB.com...... Best place to be motivated and pushed to do more.
BB Accomplishments:
None as of yet, hopefully next April I can fill this in with something impressive.

Goal (Long):
To add lean muscle mass, be shredded by April, compete in my first competition. To inspire people to make a change no matter how old or young they are. To be a success story on the main page of BB.com!!!
So I have been working my butt off training for a comp in April, and have seen some good changes since I started way back in February. The problem for me is I don't see many changes the last month or so, and I have not been able to add more weight to my frame in a while also. Could it be that...
Actually doin well, 14%bf at a solid 213 right now. Eating so much beef they wont let me in the meat dept at Kroger anymore!! Getting Momma ready to show in two weeks! How bout yourself?
Your gonna do awesome in April. Trainers help so much, help steer you in the right direction and kick you in the ass when you need it. I am doing great now, super busy though. I don't mind though, keeps my mind off of things :)
saw you posted that you had a new workout in DW Crew. you have a tremendous amount of volume and only 2 days rest for some bodyparts, ie. calves (he'll argue that gastrocs and soleus are seperately worked, but there's still overlay). even with soviet volume 10-set training, there is a 5 day rest period. muscles grow in rest, period. maybe reduce everything to 3 sets, then at least you wont make such a deep inrode and will recover in the 2 days alloted. best of luck on your progress.
When I saw your occupation I thought it said stripper...lol. I was thinking most be people just call themselves dancers or entertainers. I figured you were just proud of your occupation until I saw I had sadly misread....hahaha! Hope you have a great day!
Thanks Bob - that's a pretty heavy leg routine -- and I guess I need that. I worked legs yesterday and am feeling it in the hams and calves, but not the quads. So I will add more squats. I was doing free standing squats in the past, but went to smith squats after having back and knee problems.What is a box squat by the way?
