Goal (Long):
To add lean muscle mass, be shredded by April, compete in my first competition. To inspire people to make a change no matter how old or young they are. To be a success story on the main page of BB.com!!!
He has agreed to train me for my first competition. This man knows more about training, dieting, posing, and getting ready for the stage and any 3 people I know. All you have to do is look at his pictures to know he is a seriouse body builder.
So I have been working my butt off training for a comp in April, and have seen some good changes since I started way back in February. The problem for me is I don't see many changes the last month or so, and I have not been able to add more weight to my frame in a while also. Could it be that...

That is a nasty flu going around,glad you made it through it. Your competition will be here before you know it. wow, only 2 weeks, that's not far away at all!
Thanks Bob! There are some comps here. The one I want to go into is the Northern's in July. Then they have another in October in Calgary. I move to Edmonton in Feb. so I will stick with the northerns one. How have things been going for you?
Actually doin well, 14%bf at a solid 213 right now. Eating so much beef they wont let me in the meat dept at Kroger anymore!! Getting Momma ready to show in two weeks! How bout yourself?
Your gonna do awesome in April. Trainers help so much, help steer you in the right direction and kick you in the ass when you need it. I am doing great now, super busy though. I don't mind though, keeps my mind off of things :)
