Background
I have always trained in one way or another, but when I went to my first BB show in 2009....I was hooked and wanted to compete.
I love seeing the changes in my body, i love show i have what it takes to train right, eat right, and get my butt to the stage ripped and lean.

Life changes and the quest for abs.
Posted in Other : Aug 30, 2011 6:19pmWell in 12 days I will be turning 41....ugghh!! ok, well not really ughh but this time last last year I really thought I would be in way better shape than I am now. To be totally truthfull it's 110% my fault.
This time last year I made the best life decision ever. I made a change in my personal life that has made the happiest man ever. But being me, I kept screwing that up royally!!!! ...Day 3...Shoulders
Posted in Other : Apr 29, 2011 4:33pmTraining today went ok, just ok. I trained shoulders which at one time was my fav body part to train. I always loved the burn and how it made me feel after I was done. But today was different. I wanted to be the old me and be pushing the weight that used to push....not going to happen. I keep forgetting that not being in the gym for 5 months takes a toll on the body and it need to learn to move again. My left shoulder has given me trouble for a few years and today was n acception. HAd a few time whewre there was some shooting pain but I worked through it and just kept it light and not
