Background

When I Started: Nov 2008
HOW I STARTED:

I have always trained in one way or another, but when I went to my first BB show in 2009....I was hooked and wanted to compete.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love seeing the changes in my body, i love show i have what it takes to train right, eat right, and get my butt to the stage ripped and lean.

Life changes and the quest for abs.

 Well in 12 days I will be turning 41....ugghh!! ok, well not really ughh but this time last last year I really thought I would be in way better shape than I am now. To be totally truthfull it's 110% my fault.


 This time last year I made the best life decision ever. I made a change in my personal life that has made the happiest man ever. But being me, I kept screwing that up royally!!!! Day 3...Shoulders

Training today went ok, just ok. I trained shoulders which at one time was my fav body part to train. I always loved the burn and how it made me feel after I was done. But today was different. I wanted to be the old me and be pushing the weight that  used to push....not going to happen. I keep forgetting that not being in the gym for 5 months takes a toll on the body and it need to learn to move again. My left shoulder has given me trouble for a few years and today was n acception. HAd a few time whewre there was some shooting pain but I worked through it and just kept it light and not

    Well after a 5 month la off from training due to a ton of personal issues ( completetly my own fault I ight add ) my best friend, love of my life, and inspiration and I have decided it's time to get back to doing what we love....training, eating right, getting in shape, and geting our life on track!!!

Tammylee Awe, well that's too bad, i hope you still can compete. I was told by my trainers not to do the show in May and to take the break and let my body heal due to the 3 shows I did already this year. gmurphy Hey thanks... Yeah... I was up to 218....but now im 201.2..... Its odd tho becasue any typical guy gets the "ideal" weight in mind... but once you peel away the body fat...then drop below the weight...it kinda sucks...lol... so yes im leaner but I miss being 218 lbs Nov 2, 2010 4:54pm
