215 lbs @ 20% bodyfat 260 @ 25-26% bodyfat Start cut today
Just getting back into the gym after back surgery... Went from 190 lbs at 12% bodyfat to 215 lbs at 20% bodyfat... Instead of cutting then being depressed due to the been there done that factor, I had decided to bulk so that I can cut down next year and be very motivated with my new found mass....
Ok don't make fun of the fatty.... I had back surgery at the beginning of the year and was already 20% bf when I started my bulk. I bulked from 215 at 20% bodyfat to 260 at 25-26% bodyfat over a period of 10 months so only gaining 6% bodyfat is pretty good.... I will be cutting for the next 20 weeks shooting for 1% loss per week to hopefully land me at 205-210 lbs at 6% bodyfat by May 14th 2010.

Ok don't make fun of the fatty.... I had back surgery at the beginning of the year and was already 20% bf when I started my bulk. I bulked from 215 at 20% bodyfat to 260 at 25-26% bodyfat over a period of 10 months so only gaining 6% bodyfat is pretty good.... I will be cutting for the next 20 weeks shooting for 1% loss per week to hopefully land me at 205-210 lbs at 6% bodyfat by May 14th 2010.
