Just working hard at finishing off my post back surgery bulk, had some fat on me after surgery, didn't want to lean back down and be a been there done that sorta deal... I start cutting it up again Jan 1st, going to be cutting for 4 months straight then re-access and start the process all over again lol -James

Well after 10 years of being the big fat guy with zero self esteem you tend to want to change for good. Training is great for me so far, I am on my first bulk since losing nearly 100 lbs of fat, I have set myself a goal of light heavyweight competition ready in for the end of next year (195 ish lbs @ 4 %ish bf) Thanks for the comment, I just hope I am able to help motivate some people that were like me

Well it took 8 months to lose that fat (260 lbs to 176 lbs) I set my diet calorie intake to my rmr (resting metabolic rate) which was 2000 calories I then would do about 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight lifting 4 days a week and 2 days a week I would do 1 hour of cardio each (try to burn 600 calories every day this way you drop a conistant 1 lb of fat per week) If you have any more questions or anything let me know I would love to help
