Fitness 19 3111 N Fry Rd # 401 Katy, TX United States
College:
High School:
Mayde Creek H S Attended 2001 to 2005 Houston, Texas United States
When I Started:
Aug, 2006
How I Started:
Graduated High School at over 300lbs, 2nd fattest in my graduating class. Had a friend who went from being skinny to big and buff and helped motivated me (Tim Teague)Decided from there on out I would no longer be the big fat guy, instead I would strive to become the big buff guy...
Why I Love It:
I love the fact that money and social status has nothing to do with your own ability to improve upon ones self. With enough hard work and dedication you can create a whole new person and leave your old self behind.
How I Stay Motivated:
Originally I stayed motivated by taking weekly pictures after kicking my own arse to Hades and back every week. However now I do happen to have the best girl friend imaginable to really helps me to keep my head straight at achieving my goals. Without her I probably would have quit and given up completely after having back surgery due to a ruptured l4/l5 disk.
BB Accomplishments:
Having gone from my highest of 325lbs around 45% bf to 175 at 10% bf. After having messed up my back I noticed that impact sports are not (mma) for me so I will stick to bodybuilding... I hope to be far enough along to do my first competition around the end of year 2011.
Stay positive! You've been bulking for this long, you can't give up now. You only have the rest of this year to tolerate the extra baggage and then you can cut! C'mon, babe, 2-45s and a 2.5 on each side. You've never been able to do that and now you can. Just keep your chin up!!!
Hey bro .. how are ya? Hope you will add me to your mutual friends list. I would love to swap workout ideas and encouragement . Hope your hitting your goals
