1. High Volume Training (10-15 Reps) for HGH productions

2. Heavy Lifting for strength and testosterone production

3. 1 week of Rest

4. Repeat with new exercises, techniques,and heavier weights.

55% Carbs, 25% Protein and Fish Oil Supplements

3 Meals/3 Protein Shakes per Day

Lean Protein, Complex Carbs, Fats (Small amounts that are found in my lean protein and carbs)

  • Was also thinking but to pricey so didn't. I haven't taken any supplements from November haven't noticed difference. Still able to push hard if not harder in the gym...

  • Eat the right things and you can eat as much as you want. Also, do more cardio and you can cheat a bit more too. It also comes down to how bad you want it.

jon527 well some questions i had are what would you recommend i start out with as a beginner with no gym membership, 2 25lb dumbbells, and motivation low without someone like you to help me and motivate me everyday. I really wanna take back my life and take charge of getting a washboard ab chest and massive defined arms like Able Albonetti on here. I need your help and almost any suggestion is offered. P.S. ilmci And thank you for your insightful comments, bman, and yeah, you've picked up on the nub of it, getting 'big' when you are long and lean is almost a contradiction in terms. Admittedly, it's been the ambition of a lifetime. You, though, to judge from your pix, as my grandmother would put it, 'have filled out nicely', and as I said previously, nine years hence it will be interesting to see what you will have been able to do.
