How I Started:
I lost 70 lbs 3 years ago and gained it back...first time I lost the weight was pure cardio...3 miles a day/6 days a week but I lost all the muscle that I had.
A rough 2 years caused all the weight to come back and I want to have the body that I always wanted...plus nobody likes tall and lanky.
Now I'm cutting the fat, the weight, and adding muscle...
Why I Love It:
It gives me an outlet to releasing tension and transforming myself mentally and physically
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing smaller guys lift more then me.

I want to be 230-240 lbs of muscle. Finding out I had 30% body fat changed my life for the better and I have not looked back. I want to pack on the muscle and give myself the physique that would suit someone of my height but not pack on so much muscle that I loose my mobility. I love basketball so being able to dunk is important and being able to post up and be the tank when in the paint is what it is all about. I am ultra competitive, even with myself so...this is one competition I will not lose.
