justme7 hey, you! :) lat pulldowns i'm at 60x20, then 75x20, then stripset all the way down starting at 90 for my third set. then shrugs i finally broke the 105 barrier. last week i did 95x20, then 135x20, then 145x215. this week, i did 95x20, 135x20, then finished with 165x15.
