Overall Goal: I just had a baby girl on June 20th, 2009. After gaining over 40lbs during the pregnancy, I want my body back before Christmas (Thanksgiving would be nice)... or at least a similar version of it. :)

How I Started:
My father has been a personal trainer for over 12 years...Bodybuilding has been an interest since I knew more people that were competing.
Why I Love It:
I hate being flabby.
How I Stay Motivated:
Tape pictures of myself to the mirror with reminder notes to not eat crap, and I watch The Biggest Loser to remind myself of what could happen if I didn't work out.
