Overall Goal:  I fell short of my short term goal (no pun intended, I wanted to hit 155 lbs by March 4th and fell shy of that by 18 lbs. So my new short term goal is to hit my 155 lbs goal by the end of April 09.

How I Started:
I was tired of being over weight and hated feeling like a smaller person but seeing in the mirror and pictures that I wasn't how I felt.
Why I Love It:
I love the transformation and the praise I receive from my family, friends as well as being an inspiration and motivator for the other ladies in my gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have my beginning picture posted on my bathroom mirror then I have the newest picture posted right next to it to show myself that if I keep working twords my goal I will be the person I see in the mirror.

Losing 50 lbs in 4 months.

Honestly I get dressed and just head to the gym, I don't need to "get motivated" I am "motivated"

About a month ago I did something to my S. I. Joint and could hardly walk let alone sit and run. I've gone to the chiro and have been a good girl and did exactly what he said "no running, no lower body workout period. grrrrrrrr"

That would be gnarly girl. I haven't been to a fight in a while. Last one was Liddel VS. Sobral in Vegas a couple years ago. Judging the fights huh? Sounds confusing... I'd rather punch a badger than judge. Take my chances you know? Take care girl. Keep up the moto! Do work!

yeah that seems to be the new trend lately. i think there were some matches either last weekend or the weekend before. kick ass, wouldnt mind taking some nutrition classes as well. just have a full schedule as it is:(

sorry i took so long! no i haven't receieved my program yet, but i'm starting on one of the plans in the meantime. i want to get ahead while i'm still motivated, you know. you look so awesome, things are really coming along. :) i'm hoping to start within the week, i'm just out of town right now, and in a couple of days i'll be back home. keep me updated. are the supplements helping out after all?
