Overall Goal: I want to decrease my bodyfat to 18%! Then decrease to 15%!!
If I had the time I would like to compete.
I am also looking to enter a triathalon in 2010.
Fit Status:
heading to Spain for 3 weeks! Happy holidays all...
I was always interested in being in shape but I never took the time or discipline to work towrads a goal. I was never confident or comfortable in my own skin until recently. I woke up one day and joined a gym (making no excuses), got a personal trainer, and I love seeing the results. In my spare time I research the industry to find out what works and what doesnt, new workouts, recipies, foods and ect. Bodybuilding.com also has been a key in keeping me motivated. Its nice to know there are others out there fighting the same issues I am.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it makes me feel good and it gives me confidence I have never had before. I always compared myself to others, even though I was skinny, I was SKINNY FAT. I started the gym at 26.7% body fat, yuck.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated everyday to try a new routine or looking forward to a new exercise to try. I also stay motivated by buying new gym clothes when I reach a goal. That way I can look forward to looking good in them.
BB Accomplishments:
Decreasing my bodyfat from 26.7 to 22.6 in 3 months. I also am proud of the progress I've made, and the progress I am going to continue to make.

Goal (Long):
currently between clases/work I enjoy workin out but I dont think I can train right now for any kind of competition; so Im just going to keep working hard and give myself a good base to work with if I ever find the time after January to start trianing for a competition.
