How I Started:
I've always liked to think of myself as being reasonably fit and was a very fit child.
Went to watch the UKBFF Southern qualifier in Portsmouth and it was so inspiring I just have to get myself back in shape.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy the personal challenge. This is something which I do for me, and the only person I let down is myself and hopefully I'll meet some nice people along the way.
How I Stay Motivated:
Tuff...like most I enjoy my workouts afterwards. I guess the older I get the more determined I am to not let myself go.
Went to the above show on Sunday was really good. Totally fired me up again to wanna complete but all in good time.
Sounds daft but I heard something the other day. Can't remember were..."There is a big difference between I've done it and I've won it" this was very true with regards...
Of course you have muscle you numpty! Me, I'm leaner but also approaching the time of the month so getting bloated and have to work real hard on pulling abs in! Looking forward to it and just wanna get on stage however I look - don't care I want my day!
Hope so, I have water retention so I have to work real hard to not look so well... watery! Suits get made 5 weeks out. getting it sorted from out in NZ.
Look at that bicep separation! In your case 'bi' really does mean '2'. Many people forget that the biceps are supposed to have two heads. Great lats too!
How you doing? I'll be posting progress pics next week, I feel real emotional and loopy on this diet without enough sleep it jeopardizes my recovery but I'm working on getting to bed earlier - sort of! It's easier for me to add muscle than to lean out :(
