I started by watching what I ate and weeded the crap out of my diet. I also added cardio. From there I moved up to more vigorous exercise routines. Then I stopped all and gained all the weight back ... - don't do that!! So, I'm starting all over again! :)
Get back to it - Lose the fat and stop with the crappy diet, and stay motivated to reach my goal!
Goal (Long):
My goal is to lose 50lbs. I want to lose the fat and tone up. I am reading and taking suggestions as to the best way to do this, but have started eating better and more proportionately and added cardio into my regular routine. I know as long as I stay active I will drop the pounds fast - at least that is how I did it before. I will definitely take any suggestions to increase the results and stay motivated to complete my goal.

Ok - I fell off the bandwagon! "Boooo! Hiss!" :( I haven't been on here in ages and well, I haven't been doing so well at keeping up with my workouts. So - I joined a new gym and am getting back with the program! I'll keep you updated, and hope to see the progress that I had last...
Good luck on your diet and working out. Sounds like you are ready to move forward. Keep posting and talking to the people on this site who have accomplished tremendous goals - they have been invaluable to me.
