I had worked out in the past for football in high school but had stopped for several years. After hitting a low spot in my life I decided I needed something to motivate my life again. I loved to workout back in football, so I started reading some bodybuilding mags and decided to try to become a competitive bodybuilder.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding is a sport that requires hard work, dedication, and a personal drive. I love the pain in the gym and the results it produces.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep God first and give Him all the credit. Also I have the mental picture of where I want to be and I let nothing come in the way of that dream.
BB Accomplishments:
Putting on a signifigant amount of mass.
